Katherine focuses her practice on representing insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in a variety of workers’ compensation claims. She counsels and defends clients in all stages of the workers’ compensation process, from inception and through the appeals process.

During Katherine’s career, she has worked with both small businesses and large corporations in a variety of industries including construction, trucking, health care, food service, retail, and e-commerce. Katherine is also skilled in handling third-party claims and general litigation cases, which often overlap with workers’ compensation claims.
