Experience

Francesca focuses her practice on the representation of employers and insurers before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission and in appeals throughout Maryland. Francesca offers her clients comprehensive and strategic counsel tailored to their needs.

Francesca’s legal background includes the practice of bankruptcy law, white-collar criminal defense, and appellate advocacy. She completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Nancy V. Alquist of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland. Additionally, as a student attorney with the Innocence Project Clinic, she zealously advocated for justice on behalf of her client, underscoring her commitment to fairness and equity.

Francesca contributed to the chapter on “Language Provisions and Assistance” in The Oxford Handbook of American Election Law. She also provided critical research and recommendations for the Plaintiffs in Allen v. Milligan through her work on the 2024 Alabama census report.

A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, Francesca is dedicated to delivering compassionate, effective, and results-driven representation.
